From start to finish, I make the school picture day easy.
I'll provide email templates that schools can share with parents as well as a detailed FAQ webpage that answers all parent questions.
When the gallery is ready, a secure link will be provided. Families have two weeks to order photos and all print order will be hand delivered to the school.
Any questions that families have about picture day or ordering prints, can be sent directly to me as well.

Let Their Personalities Shine
I bring the backdrop, lighting, and equipment to your school. With gentle encouragement and playful prompts, we will help each child feel comfortable while capturing a variety of natural expressions.
Favorite, Order & Enjoy
Within two weeks, families receive a link to view their child’s portraits. Galleries remain open for 14 days for ordering digital downloads and prints. I handle ordering questions and all printed products are delivered directly to the school.
Frequently asked questions
How are these school portraits different than standard school photos?
Aside from being a more engaging experience and capturing the true personality of your child, each child will receive 2-5 images in color and black & white and parents will have the option to choose their favorite (or choose them all) to download or have printed.
How do you work with the School?
We handle all questions from parents about school picture day, downloading and ordering photos. There is an order deadline and all prints are ordered by me and delivered directly to the school a few weeks after school picture day.
What time of year do you schedule school portraits?
School photos can be scheduled any time during the academic school year, during school hours. It's best to reach out early to reserve your date. I like to give families at least 3 weeks notice to prepare. Fall is our busiest time of year.
Does the school pay you to come take photos?
There is no cost to the school to have me come in and take photos. And there are no photo packages that parents are forced to buy in advance. Instead, we offer a variety of a-la-carte products to the parents for purchase.
How much do the products cost?
A price sheet will be included upon gallery delivery but a single image digital download is $35 and a 4x6" print is $9. Prices are subject to change in accordance with the professional print lab rates.
Do you provide staff photos as well?
Staff photos, upon request, can be taken during photo day. Staff will receive their own online private gallery, just like the students.
